On custom made jigsaw puzzles: Jigsaw Puzzle Strategy - 4 Main Routes To Finishing That PuzzleHave you ever sat for hours working on a jigsaw puzzle only to discover when your time is up that you've hardly made any progress? As a young child, I learned how to race through puzzles using time-tested and honored strategies for putting together puzzles that have made puzzles a pleasure and a delight for me and those I teach my methods to. Look at Piece Shapes. The last puzzle I worked on, a print of The Last Supper, had very few color contrasts and no defining lines, making guidelines 2 and 3 difficult to employ. As I reached some of the darker, blended portions of the puzzles, I turned to my last guideline, which is to focus in on piece shapes.
