Today we go to Varney, ON. along with Rick Mercer and watch him participate in one of the most bizarre auto races ever. Three cars are chained together with a three foot chain. 1st car has steering and engine, 2nd and 3rd car only have brakes and steering. After practicing a little team work Rick actually races against other competitors on an oval track. CRAZY!!
