Clara is a spirited 10 year old girl, with the courage of a lion, but as sweet as a lamb. She lives in Toronto with her parents. Clara has DiGeorge Syndrome and Autism, and she faces many physical and learning challenges. However she faces her challenges with a brave heart and a cute smile.
